Spark Policy Institute is launching the Spark Community Foundation.

The Spark Community Foundation is a non-profit that can provide on- the- ground assistance with the management of a complex array of governmental or non-governmental funding streams. The services will be designed to address two critical issues:

Management of funding streams utilized by multiple organizations in a collaborative or coalition;
